Delete Your Account

VoiceTask AI — Notes & To-Do (ai.voicetask.todo)

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (immediate)

Open VoiceTask AI and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
Tap Delete Account and confirm twice.

This permanently deletes your account and all cloud data: tasks, projects, voice-note transcripts and summaries, and your sign-in identity. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at support@voicetask.app from the address associated with your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will delete the account and confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your authentication account (email / Google / Apple sign-in)
All synced tasks and projects
All voice-note transcripts, summaries, and metadata
Subscription linkage (your store subscription itself is managed by Google Play / the App Store — cancel it there)

What is kept

Nothing tied to your identity. Voice audio is never stored — it is transcribed in realtime by our speech-recognition provider and then discarded.
Data stored only on your device (local task cache, voice-note audio files) is removed by uninstalling the app.
Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
