Welcome to VoiceTask AI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VoiceTask AI application (the "Service") operated by VoiceTask AI ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

VoiceTask AI is provided as a Freemium app with both free and premium paid features. The basic Service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is, while premium features require payment as described in our subscription plans.

VoiceTask AI is a revolutionary voice-controlled task management application that uses artificial intelligence to help you create, manage, and organize tasks through natural speech. Our Service includes:

Core Features (Free):

Our Service allows you to manage tasks using voice commands and record voice notes with AI-powered transcription and analysis. You may use the Service only as permitted by law and according to these Terms.

VoiceTask AI processes voice data to provide its core functionality:

Voice Commands: Processed in real-time to understand task management intents using advanced AI. Voice data for commands is not permanently stored.

Voice Notes: Recorded audio is transcribed using WhisperX technology and analyzed using GPT-4 to extract summaries, key points, and action items. Transcriptions and analysis are stored according to your privacy preferences.

Data Processing: Voice processing may involve third-party AI services (OpenAI, Replicate) that operate under strict data processing agreements and do not retain data beyond the processing period.

Some features of our Service require a paid subscription. You can subscribe to these features through in-app purchases by paying a subscription fee as indicated in the app's pricing section.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android) after purchase.

Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not process refunds directly.

While we strive to provide accurate voice transcription and AI analysis, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy of all transcriptions, task interpretations, or AI-generated summaries. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process voice data, which may result in occasional errors or misinterpretations.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of transcriptions and AI-generated content before relying on them for important tasks or decisions.

You retain all rights to your tasks, voice notes, and other content created within the app. We do not claim ownership of your personal data or content.

The VoiceTask AI app, including its original content, features, and functionality, remains the exclusive property of VoiceTask AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

In no event shall VoiceTask AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

VoiceTask AI does not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; (d) voice transcriptions will be 100% accurate; or (e) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

VoiceTask AI uses advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to process voice commands and notes. While these technologies are highly sophisticated, they are not perfect and may occasionally misinterpret voice input or provide inaccurate transcriptions or analysis.

You understand and acknowledge that AI-generated content should be reviewed for accuracy and that the Service is designed to assist, not replace, human judgment in task management and decision-making.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
