Built the VoiceTask AI app as a Freemium app. This service is provided by VoiceTask AI at no cost and is intended for use as is with optional premium features.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our service.

If you choose to use our service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

VoiceTask AI processes voice commands and voice notes to provide AI-powered task management features. Voice data is processed securely and is not stored permanently on our servers.

VoiceTask AI uses advanced AI to process your voice commands and voice notes:

Voice Commands: Processed in real-time to understand task management intents. Audio is not permanently stored.

Voice Notes: Transcribed using WhisperX technology and analyzed using GPT-4 to extract key points and action items. Transcriptions are stored locally on your device and optionally synced with our secure servers for premium features.

Data Security: All voice processing occurs through encrypted connections. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

Local Storage: Tasks, projects, and voice notes are primarily stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms.

Cloud Sync (Premium): Premium users can optionally enable cloud synchronization to access data across multiple devices. All synced data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

AI Processing: Voice commands and notes are temporarily processed by our AI partners (OpenAI, Replicate) to provide transcription and analysis features. This data is not retained by these services beyond the processing period.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.

The app itself does not use "cookies". However, we may use analytics services that employ tracking technologies to improve our service and understand user behavior. You can opt out of tracking in the app settings.

On iOS, we respect Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework and will only track data if you provide explicit permission.

Subscriptions are managed through the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and processed by RevenueCat. We do not directly handle payment information.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
